How does communication and time-zone overlap work?

Your engineers work in your tools and join your standups, with 4–8 hours of daily overlap with your team. You communicate with them directly, day to day.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do. We sign an NDA up front and assign all intellectual property to you, and we follow ISO 27001 security practices throughout the engagement.
