Whether its supporting multi-user accounts, managing staff productivity, email/SMS marketing, tracking stock and product sale, supporting online payment, loyalty and referral systems, this software has covered all to streamline your laundry, dry cleaning, tailoring, and alterations business.
The client had a web-based POS system that was able to print receipts/bills through PC and Mac only using the REST web service, and now the client wants the same to be done from the converted PhoneGap application as well. He was looking for an efficient solution that supports printing bills/receipts in both English and Arabic languages.
By using our expertise in mobile printing solutions, we had come up with an idea of developing a cross-platform plug-in to wirelessly print documents, bills, receipts, etc. from Android and iOS phones or tablets.
To fulfil client requirements, we had developed a plug-in that supports both the English and Arabic languages. For the Arabic language, the plug-in gives bit by bit command and support international character set.
This plug-in can also be integrated with any application on the device which has the print requirement and after integration, the plug-in becomes a part of that specific application. Also, to print efficiently it always keeps the connection alive. The plug-in can be used to connect and print on the multiple printers as well.
We have already integrated this plugin with an e-commerce application to print bills and receipts. This application supports all categories of Epson and SRP-275III printer and can also easily integrated with other wireless printers.
With just a few taps on Android or iOS devices, the application discovers nearby Epson products and print.
